The 44 Distinctive Garages are 25-by-25-foot units – perfect for racers who want to store their racecars at the track between races but don’t need the living and entertainment spaces that are included in the Luxury Garages and Garage Lofts.
With 12-foot overhead doors, the Distinctive Garages are big enough to store RVs as well as just about everything else: golf carts, ATVs, scooters and other vehicles and equipment. You still get all the benefits of ownership in the BIR Luxury Garages gated development – access to the track, security, being part of a racing community – but without the living space.
The Distinctive Garages, which have electricity and are climate controlled with heat and air conditioning, have shared restrooms and showers available for owners.
